Brief: Meeting AI is designed with privacy as a core principle. All AI processing happens entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

Data Collection

Brief does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No meeting content, notes, or agendas are transmitted off your device
• No analytics or usage data is collected
• No advertising identifiers are used
• No third-party SDKs or tracking tools are included

On-Device Processing

All AI features in Brief use Apple Intelligence, which processes data entirely on your device. Your meeting data, generated briefs, and all other content remain in the app's local storage on your device.

Data Storage

Meeting data you enter into Brief is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is not backed up to any external server. It may be included in your iCloud device backups if you have iCloud backup enabled on your device.

Third-Party Services

Brief does not use any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs. The app operates entirely offline after installation.

Children's Privacy

Brief is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.
