Reflect does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All journal analysis happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device AI models. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no network connections.
We collect no data whatsoever. Reflect requires no internet connection and does not communicate with any servers. Your journal entries, mood analysis, and all insights never leave your device.
All AI analysis uses Apple's Foundation Models framework on-device. No journal content is ever sent to the cloud. Your private thoughts remain private.
